Refunds of gorillas’ and other primates’ trekking permits are only done by the relevant authorities (Rwanda Development Board for Rwanda and Uganda Wildlife Authority for Uganda). We are therefore not liable for their refund. We shall use our best efforts to get a refund from the relevant authority and pass it on to the client as soon as we receive it.

Only travelers in good health are permitted to track primates, and the decision on whether a traveler will be allowed to participate in a primate tracking excursion will be made on the day of the excursion by the park authorities, whose decisions are final. if they (guests) are prohibited from visiting the primates due to illness, no refunds shall be entertained.
